……also, we have 4 months left in 2011 and I figured we alll should be contemplating how we are progressing in all facets of our business and
life goals/objectives.

So the question is:  ”If you generate the same results at home and at work between now and December 31st,
will you be excited and well pleased with your performance and/or those results at the end of the year?”

I was talking with my wife about this topic this morning and we both agreed that a lot of people establish their
definition based on what others or society determines to be successful…..which often times revolves around the
accumulation of materialistic items. And this usually leaves people, after they have accumulated things, feeling
empty and unfulfilled….often times because they never took the time to really think about what success really was for them.

Now, I am not opposed to having nice things, as a matter of fact I love nice things….but, getting those things is not
my focus. However, they do show up as an ‘effect’ of identifying and then taking the actions to achieve my
true desires and/or wants in my life.

You must define what success for you looks like. In my opinion it is imperative that you are passionate about
what it is you are doing each day so that moves you toward that pre-determined place you’ve labeled as ‘success’.
